Hey guys!

So when I first purchased my roxor, you guys may remember I was complaining about a noise/chatter with the clutch depressed. I noticed it while driving the roxor home from the dealer after purchasing. Called the dealer, they ordered a new clutch/throwout bearing and swapped it out. Took them a month or two to get parts. The noise persisted.. I brought it up a few times, but they couldn't figure it out.

This year I got 38's, 5.5 lift, 2.7 tune, electric fan conversion. My roxor started overheating shortly after doing the tune so I assumed maybe it was the extra torque/power.

Two weeks ago it stopped wanting to go into third gear.. Then second. Then first was REALLY hard to get it into. Never popped out of gear btw, just hard to get into gear and often wouldn't go into gear at all. I'm familiar with letting out clutch, double clutching, all the little tricks we use in old trucks and stuff, nothing worked.

Dealer drained the fluid, found brass in the fluid so assumed synchros.. They were gonna order just the synchros but realized they would take forever. So they ended up swapping the entire transmission.

Well, apparently basically ALL my woes have been that damn transmission. Now all of a sudden I can accelerate in fifth gear up hill, I have a NOTICEABLE amount more power, I can let off my clutch and its quiet, the roxor doesn't have a weird rattle at like 1700 RPM and (dont quote me here because im not 100% but it FEELS) like I'm getting better gas mileage now. Seems like something was really fucked up.

Shout out to Holder and Sons in NC. If anyone is in NC, ask for Steven. They've been awesome to work with each time I've had something wrong with the roxor (which has been frankly too many times).

Onto more QA problems- my rear taillight plastic cracked and my taillight is falling apart already (1 year old, 10k miles, never taken off/messed with/touched lol). Also my AC line going to the (condenser? The thing in front of the rad) was rubbing against the metal and has almost wore a hole all the way through the line. So thats cool... Zip tied to hold it where it needs to be now. I noticed the hoses up top for the heater were also rubbing against the oil fill if I'm remembering right so had to zip tie them out the way as well. No biggie, just annoying little things that they should do better on.

Oh and on the way home from picking up the roxor, a truck threw a rock into my hardcab window and cracked it ;(

DrunkenSlug, it is the Wrong Color choice for that day you purchased it!

Wait a while before wasting $$$ on Lottery Tickets. :)

Your Roxor looks good. Hopefully you have worked through all your problems.

I am heading to town for Power Steering Fluid when I finish breakfast. One of my projects today is changing out the Power Steering Line on the Roxor. Hoping that the Pump is OK.
