Has anyone taken the glass out of their hardcabs doors? I like the doors but I dislike the windows. Especially as summer approaches.

I’m guessing if I remove only the lower channel then the glass can be removed. I’m hoping there is a way I can make it where I could take it in and out with little effort after I figure some latch mechanism to hold the channel back in place.

My thought is to remove the glass and therefore have mostly half doors. The height of them without the glass is a good arm rest height.

I also think with some engineering a canvass style window using snaps as attachment could be configured as an optional window to snap in if you’re caught out in a storm.

Take it to a auto shop that specializes in automotive grade glass, and pick their brain. Anything is possible with the roxor, question is how creative, patient, and deep is your wallet? (Rhetorical question)

Love the Roxor! I have the same color with the same hardcab and have been looking for the same solution. I considered the half doors but the hardcab tube doors seem not what I'm looking for. It never crossed my mind about removing the door glass. I'm glad you asked the question. If you do end up removing the glass please post some tips or instructions... I would greatly appreciate it.

I think I’ve figured how to get the glass out but now I’m trying to find a latch system I like for remounting the glass. Something like these:
