I took out my locker as well, but since I wanted something more than an open diff for off-roading, and most of my miles are on asphalt, I opted for a Torsen style unit. It is maintenance free, without clutches that wear out, (unlike the limited slip thing I have in the front) needs no additive and puts power to both sides when needed. You have to know what you’re doing when you need it, but it is just the ticket for me!!!

I got the Hood Mount Hi-Lift Jack Mount installed. My OD Green Hi-Lift Jack with a fresh rebuild, and paint job is now riding on the hood.

The Stars All Aligned today. Now that I have the Cecco Farm Bumper installed, I have started looking for a trailer to pull behind Rocky. I really preferred an old Jeep Trailer if possible. I was not holding my breath. The old Military Jeep Trailers as scarce as hens teeth. Normally State Conservation of a Fire Department has them all corralled.
I knew where one had been, but the owner had passed away, and the Trailer had disappeared. I suspected that his son might still have it, and I was planning to ask his wife where it had gone.
A buddy of mine who has several old CJ2/3 Jeeps came in the store today. It was nice this morning so I had driven Rocky in to work. I took him out to look it over. He had not seen it since I had added the rear bulkhead, and Bumpers. We got to talking, and I mentioned trying to track the Old Military Jeep Trailer down.
My buddy told me that he could help me out with that. He was the one who had bought it, and he had just listed it for sale, after owning it for a few years.
My buddy has a cabin that he packs water to, and had been trying to talk me out of an old Water Buffalo that I was not using much at all any more. I had priced the Water Buffalo at $1500, and my buddy was asking $1500 for the old military trailer. We did a straight across swap.
It was a wonder that I found out he was selling it, before it was gone.
I am now the proud owner of a 1967 Manufacture M416 Trailer Cargo 1/4 Ton 2 Wheel.
This is as good as a utility trailer gets for a Roxor or Jeep.
Now to get it sand blasted and repainted OD Green.

Gabe nice set up. I have an electric 12V Seeded that mounts to the Reese Hitch. So far I have not mounted it on Rocky. I have not needed to use it so far.

Just ordered some HardCabs floor mats and cargo matt from Diesel Freaks. I will let you guys know how the fit.

As much as I really like my HardCabs roof and windshield. I am not a fan of the floor mats. They come with lots of hardware to bolt into place which I do not want to do. They are designed for the cabs so the rear is just a rectangle and doesn't go behind the seats at all. The front driver I trimmed because I did not want it under the gas pedaI. My opinion I would find something else much less expensvive for the job.

Gabe Since you are piecing the cab together with Hard Cab Parts, will they sell you the Hard Cab Doors to go with the rest of it?
I have the Hard Cab Two Piece Rear Bulkhead. I am really happy with it.

Not sure. I just have the roof and windshield. Which is the setup that works for me. Its the Sport kit. No bulkhead or doors for me.

Axle shackle bolt length. I was looking under the Roxor and noticed that my bolts for the rear axle extend down and the ones for the front are perfect length. Can anyone explain this ? Is this the same on you guys units ?

Gabe, I have a 2022 unit and my axle bolts are just long enough to extend through the nut, no extra length to them.

I am 100% sure that you will like it. I have not read anything negative about the OX Lockers.

My next addition will more than likely be the Diesel Freak Twin Stick, with the Interlock Pill removed.

I ended up changing out the Fortress Windshield for a Jeep YJ Windshield. Twin Wipers are nice. The YJ Sun Visors are also nice.
I kept the front Roll Bar at factory height, and tied it into the YJ Windshield Frame with new HD Brackets. I added a Filler Plate to go between the Windshield Frame and the Fortress Roof. That Filler Plate gave me a place to install a 6" Shelf.
I ended up not using any of the Roxor Rocker Switch's. I ended up going with Rocker Switch Pro's with back lighted rocker switch's. Front 42" Light Bar, 3 each 6 LED Rear Flood Light, Two Speed Wipers Switch, and Interior Light Switch. I could have wired the Wiper Switch up through a Push Pull Switch and had the Park Function working, however I liked the look of Rocker Switch's better. And you can locate the switch in the dark with the lighted rocker switch.
I am considering the D44 19 Spline Eaton Limited Slip Unit for the rear end. It looks to be available and should work reasonably well. I have had Limited Slip Rear Ends in several Jeeps with satisfactory results so far.

We are weighing options to add a front limited slip while in shop to compliment the ox in the rear. But having issues finding one that works with the stock setup. I didn't know Eaton had one. What is part number ? You sure they have a 19 spline ?
