I have a 2019 with automatic transmission with over 50k miles on it. I use it on my farm in Kansas, sometimes in pretty bad mud under center pivot irrigation. I have a torque locker in the rear and love it. I also drive it home to town everyday and get along fine on limited pavement. It does click. I haven't used one in the front so no help there. I have had it installed for probably 20k miles. I also find I use 4wd less than I used to. Hope this helps!
