I can get frames made here for about $260 US laser cut and powder coated black, that is cost from the place I can get them and you need to order a minimum of 4 plus shipping to the US (I'm in Canada), plus a fee to me for all the hours of leg work. I don't work for free. Plain or with vents holes in them, same price. I had 2 of these made as prototypes. We are trying a different vent, so we should get more glass back. Probably only lose about an inch from the factory one. The holes and bend match the OEM ones, so it will work with any OEM accessories. After having my vented one, I will never get rid of it. Between the vents and my wind jammer I had made, almost zero dust in the Roxor. The vents work best with the top side open, they catch the down draft off the windshield real nice. Open on the bottom works, but the air is buffeting in your face vs nice air flow lower.

FYI: cost is way more than the $400 you are willing to pay and that is just cost, no profit for anyone and it's not even folding. And we haven't even added in the 7 mounting clamps at round $30 each or any weather striping.

I have never seen or heard of Dirt Warrior.

It's a company out of southern Utah. Mostly side by side accessories but do make a nice Roxer Windhsield.
