Ok, I know I might get some flak over this for being "Green" with my Roxor, but I want the best tire size without lifting it.
Biggest problem I have is my 5'4" wife who already has trouble getting in, so a lift is out of the question ( until I install a set of steps ). I want an all-terrain and I'm going to keep using the stock 16" rim.
Any suggestions?

Welcome to the forum, this is a great place to get information from some helpful folks! I think the 235/85/16 is the best size. It adds some height and keeps the narrow look. These Thunderer Trac Grip MTs surprised me with minimal road noise from an aggressive radial. I had adjusted my turning radius to get a little tighter turn with the factory tires and had to readjust after I put these on due to a rub.

Bob R1 enlightened me on this. Loosen this bolt head, then loosen the nut by the hub. Turn the bolt in or out(I don’t remember which way does what). When you get the desired radius, hold counter torque on the bolt head and retighten the nut. We have my Roxor loaded up to head to the current river. IMG_4250.jpeg

The bolt head comes into contact with this area on the axle housing to stop the movement when you turn it that far. This is set to limit sharp turns from the factory. Also, you should adjust each side similarly.

Start with a set of OEM Side Steps from Diesel Freak. Then she can get in.
Next the 235/85R16 M&S 10 ply Tires. I have the Thunderer Tires also.
Then adjust the wheel stops so that you can turn sharper.

Welcome aboard.
