Hello Everyone! I bought my 2024 Roxor in November of last year. Since then I’ve put on the Dirt Warrior windshield, turn signals, a spare tire and a few other little things. I absolutely love it so far.

I’m planning on putting a set of 235/85/16 All terrain tires on in the near future. I’m hoping to be able to have a top speed of around 60 miles an hour with a slightly lower RPM’s than with current tires and the 5.38 gears.

Is there any update on the potential for a tune with the newer models yet? I know that the computer is more heavily encrypted than the old ones. I’m just hoping to be able to get some more power out of the engine at some point?

I run 32s on my 2023 with 5.38 gears and can get up to 55 mph at about 2500-2600 rpm. You probably wont get much more than that unless you switch to higher gears or bigger tires. As far as the tune goes, I've messaged Wade at Diesel Freak a few times over the last year and he says he's close.

I like the looks of the 32‘s on yours, BAM. I definitely don’t mind regearing if the tune becomes available.

Nice Roxor! What are the decals on the side under the Roxor badge?

Nice. Like the color! With my current setup with the 235/85/16 I would say 55 is max. I have windshield and roof from HardCabs so that may have some impact! I like the unit alot but would prefer to have more acceleration in general even if the top speed did not increase that much. The power is there once you get in low so power is no issue.

I to have 235/85R16 M&S Tires on my Roxor. I run on the highway some for short distances, and I normally I keep the Speedometer between 42-45. With the tall tires that should be around 50 MPH. I had someone follow me a while back who said I was running around 52 MPH. I am not comfortable buzzing my engine up much higher than that. I am not exactly sure where the Rev Limiter shuts it down at in 5th gear. Now that it has started warming up, I need to get my GPS Speedometer installed to get a better reading on my speed.

The Tune and more power would be a good thing, when it happens. However without a Gear Change you are not going to run a great deal faster due to the engine RPM's. I am not positive on what gears would be perfect in a Roxor with 235/85R16 Tires. My best guess would be 4.30 - 4.56 being a best choice for what I do with my Roxor. I am doing fine with 5.38 gears, and I have no plans for a gear change at all. I would however do The Tune when Wade gets it worked out. I would like more power out of my machine mainly so it would accelerate better in 4th and 5th gears.

Agree. I think there is plenty of raw power out of the unit but the lack of acceleration is a weakness of the current units with no tune available. I am inclined to leave my gears as well 50-55 is mine it just needs to get there better! My guess is when they have the tune worked out it will increase some, but probably not much with the stock gears!
