Crank no start still happening after replacing the ECM, FCM and now in tank fuel pump... Sometimes I would try it and it will run fine for days or weeks with old fuel pump... then crank no start or shuts off while driving ... still has electrical power just dead then crank no start... No water in fuel drained tank and fresh fuel, no sediment, new filter.... then again with drain for fuel pump install...
So frustrated at this point... Last thing I tried today was pick up fuel pump... after install, I bled air at fuel filter seemed to be no more air... Open bleeder and turn key to on, will shoot fuel 2 ft in the air...close it ... crank no start... 2018 10K miles

Streetwise, it sounds like you may need to take a look at your air intake system, mainly the heater grid and its connections. First, I would focus on the heater grid ground connection. Also, ensure that your battery does not drop to 6 volts.

Other than chasing each item if you could get it to a Roxor Dealer and have them connect the DTC to get any codes, that would be best. Mahindra is very quiet on releasing any information on their DTC for the Roxor. Even the air intake system requires sensor inputs. Do you have a repair manual?

In addition, have you verified you have pressure at the injectors? What's the fuel shutoff solenoid doing?
