Hello Team Roxor,
Here's what BFG KO2 tires look like in a bigger size.
OEM are 235/70 R16, weight 37 pounds, diameter 29 inches, part # 33403
Mine is 33x10.5 R15, weight 51 pounds, diameter 32.5 inches, part # 11548
Even though they're the same model of tire, the bigger tires + wheels weigh 25% more than stock, slightly decreasing on-road performance and straining the suspension, steering, and braking systems.
Wheels: Pro Comp 1069-5885, Series 69, polished, 15x8, fits without any modification, comes with hub caps. If you're using Warn front locking hubs, you'll need a pair of open caps (Pro Comp, part number WT104 aka EXC104, 4.25 inch diameter, for 5 on 5.5" wheels, buy a Morris4x4).
Fitment: no installation issues, they don't hit the brakes or lines. You'll need to lift the front a couple inches, cheap and easy, see my post here: Longer front shocks - Team ROXOR Forum - Unofficial Mahindra ROXOR Off-road Community!. Backspacing is about the same. Make sure you re-check your steering limiter bolts anytime you changes wheel/tire size. Offset is wider than stock, as are the tires. Here's a photo showing how far they stick out. There is no wheel spacer in there, and it still sticks out 2.5 inches past the body, so maybe 3" wider than stock. You can add CJ flares if you want to keep the body clean from road debris. No rubbing yet (2" front lift), but I haven't gotten wild yet either
I mounted the tire letter "white side out," instead of black side out. If you're getting tires with white letters on one side, make up your mind first which side you want visible, then tell the shop that mounts them.
