Stock is 19 spline. Upgrade is 30 spline Chrome Moly, and goes to full float on the rear. On The Rox Fab has the kits listed online. Comes complete with what you need. But that adds a hefty price tag. I do see that Auburn makes a Grip-N-Loc Posi for 19 spline Dana 44. That might be a good option for the stock axles if not rock crawling also. I've never used those myself though, so I can't speak on their operation.

OK, Thanks. I'm just searching for info at this time. Probably be a few months before I attempt any sort of conversion. I've done a few Ford 9 inch rear ends as well as the Dana 60 and 80 in my '96 Dodge Ram. I'm considering buying a bare rear end housing and building it, then doing a rear end swap so my Roxor doesn't have a lot of down time. I appreciate your expertise!

I was visited the On the Rox website.They have a "lunchbox" style locker (Torque Locker) that fits the stock axles and is very reasonably priced. I may try these out as won't require any new axles or bearing changes. I'm mostly on trails and a lot of sand washes here in the Mojave desert and since I have a stock engine I hopefully won't be breaking anything.

Depending on whether it's for a game controller or the transfer case of an off-road vehicle, the term "The Real-Deal Twin Stick Mod" seems to be a misnomer for a number of distinct projects and upgrades. It refers to a "real-deal" twin-stick conversion for a transfer case while discussing car modifications. In the context of gaming, it probably refers to a homemade or customized arcade-style controller with two joysticks.
For situations involving car transfers
A twin-stick modification for a 4x4 vehicle's transfer case, like a Dana 18, swaps out the stock single shifter with two independent shifters. The change offers a number of significant advantages.

subhanseo I know absolutely nothing about Game Controllers.
The Real Deal refers to the fact that a D18 Came as a Twin Stick to start with. This conversion uses original D18 parts converting the Transfer Case back to the original configuration used in CJ2/3/5 and several other models. Some idiot thought a single stick conversion of a Twin Stick designed Transfer Case was an improvement. I believe the Single stick D18 was classified as a D20. The only way it would be an improvement is if you do not use Low Range, and want a cleaner look. If Mahindra was in touch with owners in the USA, the Roxor would come with a Twin Stick from the factory . Like wise the Electronic Instrument Cluster should have never been used. Most Roxor Owners want an old time Jeep without unneeded electronic garbage on it.

@subhanseo You must have been searching game controllers to even come up on this post. This is totally an omage to the real Dana 18 Twin Stick that, in my opinion, the Roxor should have gone with to start with. I used TRUE OE Dana 18 Twin Stick parts to make this happen. THAT is why I called it the Real-Deal Twin Stick conversion. No Modded aftermarket parts used. Sorry that it caused confusion on your end and wasted your time to post on it....

Ok everyone, I just shipped my ECU back to Wade at Diesel Freak to change my wheel height to 35 inches in the ECU. Without the change, my wheels skew my speed by 6 MPH low. So, when it arrives, I will be at the true speed on the road.

So, since I cannot drive my Roxor, I am going to install my 2 Stick option, finally! And, while I am installing the 2 Stick, I will install Torque King's Axle/Transfer Case/Transmission Vent system. I intend to be driving through some deep water at times so I thought this would be a good way to go during the 2-stick install.

I spoke to Torque King, and they do not have the seal seating tools completed for sale so I will measure everything before removal and reinstall transfer case housing seals to OEM specs.

I will add inane photos of draining oil etc. throughout to amuse all.
