The lady’s at the dmv filled out the MVR-59 for me so you don’t even have to do that before hand.
Title and Registration: UTVs must be titled and registered with the North Carolina Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV).
Modified Utility Vehicle Affidavit (MVR-59): This form must be completed and notarized, typically at the DMV office, and signed by a licensed manufacturer, dealer, or someone engaged in vehicle manufacturing or modification.
Safety Inspection: A NC safety inspection is required before titling and registering.
Documentation: You'll need a bill of sale, the vehicle title, or Manufacturer Certificate of Origin (MCO), and proof of insurance.
Equipment: (you’ll have all this if you passed the safety inspection anyway) UTVs must be equipped with headlamps, stop lamps, turn signal lamps, tail lamps, reflex reflectors, parking brakes, rearview mirrors, a speedometer, seat belts
