I am a bit confused
I am replacing the master tie rod end with a new one
When I put the tie rods together to fit with the taper
The end is pointed upside down

When I have the end piece up the taper is backwards and I can’t get the tie rods together

What am I doing wrong, maybe my daughter put edibles in my brownie, or what is going on here?

Tom, I would say the tie rod end was machined incorrectly or maybe it is for a different application. When I worked in automotive parts I would recommend my customers bring their old component in to match up because I saw many variations on hard parts.

I was wondering if that was an issue but I have not seen a right hand drive around.
